• Or there might be a manufacturing defect.
• Or that a wrong item is delivered to you by mistake.
Item Received in Damaged Condition / Manufacturing Defect or Wrong Item
If you have received a damaged item or if the item you received was not the item you ordered or if it was misrepresented on our site, please contact us by phone or email within 24 hours of your receipt of the product. It is important that you save all packing materials as well as the item itself. When you reach us, we'll give you instructions on how to proceed so that we may replace the item as quickly as possible.
. It will be the responsibility of the buyer to return the product at any of our showrooms or send through courier company at buyer’s own expense. Please note that delivery shipping & handling charges at actual will be deducted from the refund amount.
The refund or exchange is processed either immediately on receipt of the item or within 3 working days of our receiving back the item. The refund or exchange will be provided subject to receipt of the product in its original condition (unused and not damaged) and together with all the original documents, the invoice and the packaging intact.
